Discussion Topic: Presentation


Since we are going to start presenting our topics next week, I guess there must be some doubts in your head on how to make your presentation interesting?? During the class, I found that whenever Ms.Sarada asks "Any problem regarding to your presentation?" there must be the same answer, "NO~~~" . I know this is basically a "culture" among the students, so called "Classical Conditioning" hence, here is where you can share your problems. Grab this opportunity to ask questions and this will assist you and make your presentation effective. 


For your reference, the details of your presentation is listed as below:


Group Assignment/Presentation (20%)

  • Each group will be allocated 30mins
  • Attire is compulsary formal
  • An essay about your presentation is needed

Groups
  • Group 1 : Importance of morphology - morphemes/phoneme (Games)
        Members : MUHAMMAD EZ,RIDHAUDDIN,NUR RAIHAN & RAJESWARY
  • Group 2 : Affixes phonology/singular plural allophones (Puzzles)
        Members : NANTHINY,JOICE LILY BAI,KAVITA RANI RAJAH & SHAKTTINA
  • Group 3 : Parts of speech-Ambiguous sentence (Songs)
        Members : LAW AI SYA,CHONG FENIN,TIU BEE YIN & NORRAINI
  • Group 4 : Importance of syntax words-homophones (Newspaper)
        Members : GEETHA NAYAR,SARASVATHY,VALARMATHEE & SHELA
  • Group 5 : Acronyms content words (Dialogues/Drama)
        Members : ARVINT,SAIFUL,LEKHA,SUGHANYA & REVATHI
  • Group 6 : Tree diagrams (Activites)
        Members : KAVITHA,V.THAYALAN,NORIA MUNIRAH & YONG MAY YEN


Presentation schedule


      Group1: 11.30am-12pm

      Group2: 12pm-12.30pm

      Group3: 12.30pm-1pm

      Group4: 1pm-1.30pm

      Group5: 1.30pm-2pm (This group will present next week)


**Attention!!
Kindly attend yourself earlier to organize the class. Although we are given 30mins, however technically, we will have only about 4mins, give and take time taken for movement,preparation and etc. Therefore, keep on practicing is the only way to make our presentation move smoothly. Remember!! Practice makes Perfect!!
